Job Description:  

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Massage Therapists to join our team.  The ideal candidates will have a passion for promoting wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our clients.  You will be responsible for delivering a variety of massage techniques to address client needs, ensuring a comfortable and therapeutic experience.  

Responsibilities:   

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic massage and the willingness to be trained in Oncology massage and manual lymphatic drainage.   

Assess clients’ physical conditions, listen to their concerns, and recommend appropriate massage therapies. 

Maintain detailed and accurate client records. 

Create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients. 

Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and procedural guidelines. 

Keep the massage area clean, organized, and well-maintained. 

Maintain your professional licenses. 

Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and staff. 

Qualifications: 

Valid state licensure and certifications in the modalities you perform 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. 

Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Shared practitioner space looking for LMT’s seeking independence in their practice

Location of item or job::Greendale, WI

Description::Massage therapy studio located in Greendale, WI looking for massage practitioners interested in finding independence in their practices. The massage practice has built up a reputation in the community, and with new ownership in 2025, is looking to breathe new life into the brand.

Two options are available for interested practitioners. Option 1 is a room rental agreement. Room rate is $10.50 per hour, but practitioners are incentivized to chunk hours together. Block rentals are available at $30 for 6 hours, as long as the block is anchored to one of two shifts: 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm. Option 2 is commission based. A practitioner can see clients in a predetermined window blocked off for his or her practice. Whenever practitioner sees clients, 25% of service fee is kicked back to rental space.

Both options are generous to fair for the practitioner, with take-home amounts that are uncommonly high in the industry. It’s the massage setting’s goal to set up a business model that attracts high quality LMT’s who are established and looking to maximize their earning potential or who are new in the industry and under low overhead looking to find an authentic expression of who they are professionally and personally.

Either option will allow the practitioner to set the terms of their services: service fee, type of service, service add-ons, etc.

Both options will receive referrals from business owner’s referral network, business support from business owner, access to community hot-stones/towel warmers and booking software/business landing page. Practitioners must supply their own linens and massage mediums.
